Major Monger was founded in 2004 in the USA, NY to provide investment banking services to public and private companies. We assisted middle-market clients in a broad range of industries and helped them achieve long-term growth and shareholder objectives.
In the beginning, Major Monger specialized in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raising, valuations and fairness opinions, and general financial advisory services. Nowadays the company is mainly occupied with investment and crediting of different structures and projects.
Starting as a one-man enterprise, the company now employs over 500 people occupied exclusively in the development, prognostication and commercialization of our intellectual products. The search for products to give even more customer benefits is the company\'s continuing objective, which will also guarantee its long-term survival in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
Company\'s management can be divided into two principal departments. The first department is occupied with new projects, and the second one works with patrons. We\'ve opened more than 43 national offices with headquarter in New York and branches abroad, strategically located in London, Tokyo, Moscow, Canberra, Ottawa and Kyiv.
As you see from the Diagram, we invest to different spheres, such as house - building, industry and production, etc. Investment priority depends on market situation in business areas.
